About ADLM Counties Environmental Public Health

ADLM Counties Environmental Public Health Agency was formed in July 1996 by the four counties of Appanoose, Davis, Lucas, and Monroe.

Mission Statement

Improve the quality of life for the rural communities within the four-county areas by promoting the health and quality of life, protecting the public from health hazards and protecting the environment from contamination.

Organizational Structure

The ADLM Counties Environmental Public Health Agency is a four-county coalition for Environmental Services under a 28E Agreement.

ADLM Counties Commission

The ADLM Counties Commission is comprised of one elected official from the Board of Supervisors in each county. The board typically meets on the third Wednesday every other month, depending on board member schedules.
