ADLM Counties Environmental Public Health Agency was formed in July of 1996 by the four counties of Appanoose, Davis, Lucas and Monroe. This Agency is a four-county coalition for Environmental Services under a 28E Agreement.
The ADLM Counties Commission is comprised of one elected official from the Board of Supervisors in each county.
